Refund policy

"ALL TIEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE"
1. Perishable Goods:
Purchases of perishable goods, including but not limited to, all coffee beans and coffee grinds, and teas, are final. These items are exempt from being returned due to health protection and hygiene considerations.
2. Exceptions for Damage or Defects:
The only exception to this policy is if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect (e.g., wrong item sent or expired product). In such cases, you must contact our customer service team within 5 days of receipt, providing photographic evidence of the damage or defect. Upon verification and at our sole discretion, we may offer a replacement or store credit.

3. No Returns for Personal Preference:
We do not accept returns or offer refunds based on personal taste or preference regarding the coffee's flavor profile or grind size. We encourage customers to carefully review their order before completing the transaction.
