Velvet Republic Coffee Co. Shipping Policy

Roast-to-order: Every batch of coffee is freshly roasted when you order.  

Shipping times:  
• Whole bean coffee ships the same day it’s roasted.  
• Ground coffee ships the next day after roasting.  

Processing: Orders take 1–5 business days to roast and prepare.  

Delivery: Once shipped, U.S. standard ground delivery takes 1–5 business days.  

Tracking: You’ll get an email with tracking details once your order ships.  

International orders: We cannot guarantee international deliveries.  

What to expect: Your order will be roasted, packed, and ready to ship within 1–5 business days.  

Shipping cost: Domestic U.S. shipping is always free.  

Carriers: We ship through USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
